The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The living room TV is set up with Roku streaming & there's a Smart TV in the bedroom. CABLE IS NOT PROVIDED-PLEASE BRING YOUR STREAMING ACCOUNT USER & PASSWORDS FOR HULU/AMAZON PRIME/NETFLIX, ETC... THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER. There is a laundromat 0.6 miles away. You may want to bring slippers or heavy socks in winter. Guest access Guests have access to; Driveway, Parking Lot, Front/Backyard, Front/Side Porch. In the apartment; Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bathroom and Bedroom. Other things to note We request that shoes be taken off at the door.
