Lakemore Brown, A Brand New Luxury Lakefront Home

We may be able to accommodate more guests depending on the situation. Our Brown house has a private 8 person hot tub. This hot tub is only accessed by residents of the Lakemore Brown home. The Resort is located on 11 acres and 850 feet of sandy waterfront property on the western shore of Arbutus Lake in Traverse City, MI. The property has been a lakefront resort for decades, but in 2020 the entire property was re-developed (with all new infrastructure) in a way that preserved as many of the original trees and landscape as possible. Phase 1 construction started on the north end of the property with three 3 newly built Luxury Vacation homes. While each home has the same amenities and floor plan, they will each carry with them a different interior design. Guest access The Resort is located on 11 acres and 850 feet of sandy waterfront property on the western shore of Arbutus Lake in Traverse City, MI. Each home has a private patio, grill and gas fire pit table. Lakemore Brown has a private hot tub. The large lakefront beach, docks and amenities are shared areas, with plenty of spaces for families to spread out. The lakefront is staffed during the summer months, and amenities are checked out, ensuring availability for the entire property. Other things to note Lakemore Resort is a family friendly luxury vacation experience. We are a non-smoking and pet free property, with 10 pm outdoor quiet hours (respectable voice levels are fine). If you are instant booking, you will need to communicate in writing how many guests are in your party and age ranges of guests. A signed rental agreement will be required, as well as a $1000 refundable damage deposit, both of which are collected outside of the Air BnB platform. These homes were all built, designed, and managed by Dean and Tricia Adams- owners of Bay Area Contracting, BAC Design Group, and Co-Owners of all Lakemore vacation properties. The Retreat has been in business since 2015 and has hosted over 350 families in 5 years. In those 5 years, we have only ever received 5-star reviews, and our summer calendar is booked solid nearly a year in advance.
