5 minute walk to the beach! Balcony offers peaceful views over lakes, golf course, sunsets. Penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, two writer's desks (one in each bedroom), 55" TV, WIFI. Unit is only 100 steps to the heated outdoor pool and BBQ area. On the third (top) floor with elevator in building. Tennis Villas has its own tennis/pickleball court. The space The beach is a five minute walk from your front door; the pool is a one minute walk. Condo is located in the lovely Marriott Indian River Plantation (IRP) "Tennis Villas" community on South Hutchinson Island. Assigned parking spot. Guest access You will have the apartment to yourselves. The pool and BBQ area are directly next door to our building. The tennis/pickleball court is less than a 5 minute walk. The unit has it's own assigned parking spot and there is ample guest parking as well. Other things to note Booking details: The condo association requires a $150 fee for each rental party, the Cleaning Fee is $200, so the total fee on your booking is $350. A signed lease agreement and condo association lease application form are required to fully confirm reservation. Discounted rate may be offered for a multiple month booking. Daily rates and security deposit are based on occupancy of 2 adults; rates and deposit may increase for higher occupancy. Commercial vehicles, motor homes, campers, motorcycles, scooters, boats, trailers, jet skis, mopeds, ATVs are not allowed for residents' parking. No refunds due to inclement weather or mandatory evacuation orders issued by local government. A $100 fee may be charged if the tennis court key is lost, if guests need a service call for unlocking the unit, or if more than 2 loads of house linens are left to be washed. The owners do occupy the unit during some months so some clothing & personal items have been left stored in the guest bedroom closet.
