Four Bedroom Villa Very Close to Disney Parks!

The resort, prestigious Emerald Island, is a gated community only 1.5 miles from Disney World. It has a clubhouse and a Tiki Bar, with a community pool and hot tub, exercise room, lounge, game room. There are 2 child's playscapes, bicycle rental, volley ball courts, putt-putt golf, and nature trail which you are invited to use. The space This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the sofa turns into a queen size bed, with memory foam! There are two "master bedrooms", each with a queen size bed, one bedroom with twin beds, and one with bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms also have a desk in them. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all stainless steel appliances; full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a full size washer and dryer in the garage, for our guests to use, free of charge. There is also a barbeque for our guests to use, also free of charge. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa. Other things to note Pool heat is optional and provided at $35/night. If you would like pool heat, please indicate in your reservation request. Your payment for this will be directly to the host. A 6% tourist tax has already been included in your nightly rate.
