Refrigerator has filtered water which tastes great. Golf cart seats 6 or fold down back seat to cart chairs to beach in provided tub. Condo located in secure area...tons of amenities. We are newer owners and have upgraded linens, towels, pots & pans and added area rugs. 7 x 10 owner’s closet is now a bunkie room w/door. The newer golf cart seats 6. 3 flat-screen TVs (60" smart TV in new wall unit). All 3 sleeping areas separated by other rooms for sound sleeping and privacy. Sunroom with extra seating provides light and great view of new paver patio and pond. Full size washer and dryer. Guests will be able to access whole condo except for locked owner storage cabinet in bunkie room, locked bathroom cabinet over toilet, locked storage bench in master bedroom and locked maid's supply cabinet in laundry room. Can drive golf cart to Grand Blvd. Ctr (Publix, theater, Tommy Bahama, Pottery Barn, Chico’s, J. Jill, Orvis, Applebee's, P.F. Chang's, Starbucks, Fleming’s, yogurt shop, breakfast shop, etc. One mile (4-min. ride) to beach via underground tunnel Located on bay side of Sandestin but beach is accessible by golf cart via underground tunnel; it is about a 4-minute ride. Silver Sands outlet mall is 2 miles away walking or by car. Both pools are about 7/10 of a mile from the condo or about two minutes by golf cart. Full size washer and dryer, iron and board.
