San Jacinto and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Inside, a chic entry opens to a fabulously designed living room where guests can enjoy the 65 inch flat screen TV or snuggle by the fireplace under floor-to-ceiling views of the pool and mountains. Adjacent, a period-piece dining set, rolling mini-bar, breakfast bar, lunch nook, and gourmet kitchen complete with high-end stainless-steel appliances including wall-mounted oven and five-burner gas range. This large, open kitchen also has floor-to-ceiling views and direct access from the pool courtyard. Just down the corridor through double doors, the home's south wing boasts an enormous primary suite where the west-facing wall is almost all glass, again taking advantage of magnificent mountain views and allowing for access to the pool courtyard. This tranquil alcove has a plush king bed, huge walk-in closet, 55 inch flat screen TV, and an en-suite. In the bath there is a water closet, two sinks along a lengthy vanity, a large glass walk-in shower with two shower heads, and of course, more views from an enormous shower-window. Back across the entry and through the great room, the north wing of the home presents another gorgeous king-suite with large closets, 55 inch flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and private patio access. Then, along the home's eastern wall are two more adorably decorated guest bedrooms, one King bed and one Queen bed, closets, and one of the guest bedrooms has a sliding glass door access to a quiet patio. Across the hall from the guest rooms there's yet another full bath with a bathtub that the guest rooms share. Outside, the backyard leaves nothing to be desired. Privately enclosed with a wall of ficus, a crystal-blue pool (15ft x 32ft) and spa sparkles under breath-taking 120 degree views of the surrounding mountains. An outdoor dining area, complete with stainless steel gas grill and a large dining table, awaits the next family BBQ, and several tanning chaises beckon guests next to the pool. Other things to note RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: **Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on Airbnb and will be collected after you book. **Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties. **Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. **Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000.
