The space This spacious family home is the perfect option for a getaway to reconnect with nature or a spacious retreat. The house sits on 3 acres of land in the peaceful city of Raleigh, N.C. RV housing is also available. You may choose which you prefer if both are available. You must inform us in advance and is only available when the main house is already booked. RV does not have cable . Water tank is accessible on RV with hot and cold water. Guest using an RV which Riverview provides at the same cost as regular rental housing, will also have their own brick patio with umbrella tables, access to the river and paved walking trail. Sleeps 6. Riverview indoors housing has hardwood floors throughout. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped with high speed internet and cable. This house sleeps up to 6 people with additional access to twin beds. Towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and curling iron available on site. Please be sure to ask about our limo service options to and from RDU Airport for guests coming from out of state. The house is a 3 min walk to the swimming and water access point for the Neuse River. Located at 6501 Poole road, Raleigh, NC 27610 Available outdoor activities: - Swimming (at your own risk, there will be no lifeguard on duty) - Kayaking (rental options available nearby) - Fishing (bring your own fishing rods, bait is not included) Bait can be purchased 4 blocks away at Pauls country store to the left on Poole Rd. - Walking and running trails run thru the property. There are cameras located on the front, back, and sides of the house. There are cameras located inside the house . All are turned off except one which watches the front door. No audio on inside cameras. Guest access 3 bedroom is $395 per nite. 6 bedroom is $295 more per nite. Other things to note Arriving by airplane, we'll pick you up at the airport in a limo. *FREE* to all guest. We also pick up our Amtrak guest by Limo.
