You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. Please take a look at the exterior pictures so you are familiar with the set up. STR2024-3479 The space We do have dogs onsite but they do not have access to the lower level where you will be. You may see us out on the deck while walking to your car but we should not be visible to you or you to us while inside the guest home. Please keep in mind, the space is a studio, so not much bigger than a hotel room. There is no door that separates the bed area from the rest of the space. The shower is on the smaller side. The plumbing is also on a pump system. The toilet is used as normal but functions kind of like septic tank system. You will occasionally hear the pump "flushing". Due to space the water heater is on the smaller side so if there are more than one guest and you take back to back showers… or a longer shower with one guest. You may run out of hot water until it has time to heat back up. Guest access We have an outside space which includes the driveway where a small seating area will be for guest. Other things to note Parking is behind the gate. Toilet is a pump system and will make a low flushing noise when toilet, faucet or shower is used. This flushing sounds also occasionally happens when water is not being used. This is normal. Guest House is Pet Friendly (Dogs Only, No Cats) but pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. Pool located on property is not for guest use and owner assumes no responsibility for accidents. Pool is separated off and there is no open access from guest house.
