Retreat on Roxie - Welcome Home!

Please be aware that the owners live in the separate basement apartment and share the driveway and outdoor spaces with guests. Therefore, the Retreat on Roxie is not suitable for parties or events. Summary: This private, three bedroom home is yours to enjoy! It is located in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood just a few miles from downtown Florence. It is the perfect place for couples, families, business travelers, sports enthusiasts, solo adventurers, music fans and friends! The space You will feel at home the moment you arrive! There is ample parking in the driveway - plenty of room for multiple cars, a boat or RV. When you enter the private keyless front door, you immediately begin to relax in this spacious home. It features a large, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, stainless steel appliances and a bar area. There are three comfortable bedrooms with luxurious, organic cotton linens – two king bedrooms and one bedroom designed for kids with two queen beds. All bedrooms feature deluxe memory foam mattresses and have blackout curtains for your sleeping comfort. If infants or toddlers are in your family, please be aware there are three steps that lead to the bedroom area. A baby gate is provided if needed. There is one bathroom that features a full size tub with shower and plenty of plush towels! The living area offers a great place to watch a movie or read a good book. The home features ceiling fans throughout. Entertainment options include books, magazines, board games, high speed wireless internet, Smart TVs with login capabilities for Hulu and Netflix, cable television with premium channels, art supplies, and a vintage Nintendo 64 system with games. The basement laundry area is available upon request, and there is a work desk for your business needs. Your safety is very important to us. That commitment to safety begins before you arrive. All touch surfaces, such as door knobs, countertops, bathroom area, light switches and remotes, will be cleaned with a disinfectant prior to your arrival. All linens are washed in high temperature water with a sanitizing rinse agent. In addition, the property is equipped with a smoke detector, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. On the check-in date, you will be issued a private, keyless entry code, which will be unique to you. For insurance purposes, we do require a copy of a government issued ID of at least one person staying on property. That information can be sent anytime before arrival. Guest access The home and neighborhood playground are yours to enjoy. If you would like to swim in the gorgeous community pool, there is a $5 per person, per day guest fee and the hosts will need to be notified in advance to provide escort since the pool is a members only, private club. Other things to note For safety and security reasons, bookings are for the listed number of guests ONLY. Arrangements for any additional visitors must be made in advance. Please enter the correct number of guests in your booking so that we may ensure an adequate supply of snacks, drinks, and linens are also provided. The garage is not included in the rental. Concierge services, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation, are available at an extra cost and with advanced notice. Smoking is not allowed on property.
