Located at the end of the building, it offers privacy and gorgeous views as it sits adjacent to towering pine and aspen trees and backs to open space. With four separate bedrooms, three decks, and a main living area, guests can gather together or retreat to their own area to relax. As you step in through the front door, you are greeted by a bright, open entryway featuring a large bench, coat hooks, and shoe storage. On this first/main entry floor is the “Spring” bedroom. This is a bright, spacious bedroom that can sleep up to five guests (a bunkbed with a full-sized bed on the bottom, a full-sized bed on the top, and one twin-sized trundle bed that pulls out from under the bed). The top bunk cannot accommodate more than one adult, so this room is best suited for either 3-4 adults or mixed company (adults and children). This room includes a private, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. There is direct access to an expansive deck from this room which includes a table and seating for eight. This room includes a 49” smart TV equipped with cable and streaming apps, a wall-mounted heater (for extra warmth if needed), and blackout shades. There is also a portable crib available for use. Going down one floor to the basement/walkout level will bring you to another bright, large bedroom. The “Summer” bedroom can sleep three (a bunkbed with one full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on the top) and is equipped with a private, en-suite bathroom. The top bunk can accommodate one adult, but please note that it is twin-sized. The bathroom features heated floors and there is also a wall-mounted heater in this room for extra warmth, as needed. This room includes a 49” smart TV equipped with cable and streaming apps and blackout shades on the windows. Head outside to the private patio directly from this room to access the large, brand new hot tub (seats 7 adults). This area boasts an open concept living space with a spacious kitchen, expansive dining table, and a large comfortable couch. Stunning views of Grand County are just outside the large windows in this area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything else you need to prepare a meal. There is plenty of space to move around in this well-appointed kitchen. The comfortable and expansive dining area sits just off the kitchen. It features a built-in bench and chairs that can seat 8+ people. The custom light fixture provides unique ambiance to enjoy a meal, or gather for a game, in this modern mountain retreat. The living room features a large, comfortable couch and oversized ottoman for additional seating. The “Fall” room boasts views to the North and sleeps two in its large, comfortable king size bed. It features a 49” smart TV equipped with cable/streaming apps. It is a bright, thoughtfully decorated room that includes blackout shades for privacy. This room includes a large, private bathroom with double sinks. The “Winter” room is the other primary bedroom. It also sleeps two in a comfortable, well-appointed king size bed. This room features a large, walk-in closet and has a 49” smart TV equipped with cable/streaming apps. The large, bright, and private bathroom includes double sinks and blackout shades for privacy. The main living/top floor also includes a convenient powder room/half bath, just off the kitchen. A full washer and dryer are also on this floor, discreetly located behind double doors near the powder room. The unit offers two, single-car garages for protected and warm parking. The garage on the left is able to accommodate oversized vehicles. From each garage, you can enter directly into the house. Two additional cars can fit just outside of each garage for a total of four cars. Each garage is equipped with ski/snowboard racks as well as boot storage racks. Guest access You will have access to the entire townhome, with the exception of locked owner's cabinets in the kitchen and a locked owner's closet on the bottom floor.
