The space The upstairs master ensuite awaits with a luxurious King size bed and a master bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy abundant natural light, a spacious walk-in closet, and a 55'' Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the bedroom, a bright and spacious work area offers a perfect spot to catch up on tasks while overlooking the vibrant living space below. Speaking of the living room, its modern design boasts pops of color and meticulous attention to detail, creating a cozy atmosphere for unwinding. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on yet another 55'' Roku Smart TV. Enjoy our two guest rooms, each furnished with Queen size beds. One of the rooms comes equipped with a 42'' Roku Smart TV and the other with a 32" Insignia Fire TV. The sleek downstairs guest bathroom features an open walk-in shower and ample storage space for your convenience. The kitchen and dining area, connected by a convenient bar countertop with extra barstools, provide plenty of room for hosting gatherings. Step outside to our enclosed pool and patio area, where you'll find an outdoor dining space with a ceiling fan. Grill up some delicious meals and dine al fresco while you unwind poolside on our four reclining chaise lounge chairs or kick back on our two patio chairs with ottomans and soak up the sun. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the villa's large driveway, which leads to a convenient large garage where you'll find our washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Explore the beauty of the freshwater canal with access to our private dock. Feel free to enjoy our two kayaks and three bikes, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings at your leisure. ***Please note that while these amenities are available for your enjoyment, their use is at your own risk, as neither the owners nor the property management assume any liability. Other things to note Guest must sign a rental agreement before entering the property, if you have any questions please send a message to share a copy of the agreement. We will provide our guests with a small amenity & toiletry starter pack upon check in. Please be aware that we do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, dish soap or similar consumables for the duration of the stay. ***An electricity fee of $35 per week (covering 270 kWh) is included in the weekly rental rate. Any additional usage beyond this will be charged at a rate of $0.20 per kWh. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please message us on airbnb directly or contact the property management team.
