Enter on the street level and you will find the main living area with lots of windows, light, and views of the harbor, the living room includes a fireplace (gas assisted wood burning), the dining room, and a powder room. The kitchen features a breakfast table with French doors opening to a balcony with outdoor table and harbor views as well. Walk down 15 steps to the next level and find the primary bedroom suite with full bath and small private deck, as well as two additional bedrooms and another full bath. Walk down 15 more steps and walk through a sitting room to the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3/4 bath. This bottom level includes a private entrance and private balcony, plus washer/dryer are also on this level. A total of 2198 SQ feet. 130MT This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). The guest/tenant is required to submit a signed rental agreement(s) within 48 hours of an accepted Airbnb reservation. * The person who booked the reservation must be present at time of check in and must have the physical credit card used to book the reservation and a valid government I.D.. If the person who booked the reservation wants to allow somebody else to check-in on their behalf, that person must be 25 years of age or older, must have a valid I.D., and must have a credit card. A hold will be placed on the credit card of the person checking in for the entire amount of the reservation; if the original person who booked the reservation does not come to the office to provide their I.D. and credit card, or provide their I.D. and credit card via contactless check in, the reservation will be transferred to the person the checked in, the hold on the card will become a permanent change, and the person who initially booked the reservation will have a refund issued to their card. - The city of Avalon has set the maximum occupancy to 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2. *Golf Cart NOT available for airbnb reservations ------ TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: - Violation of any rules/ordinances listed below may result in fine(s) and/or immediate eviction. The city of Avalon has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties and any violation can result in fines up to $2,000. Your cooperation is appreciated. - No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music which can be heard from the street OR from the neighboring property is prohibited. - No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the house. If smoking outside, please make sure to use an ashtray and collect all cigarette litter. - Occupants must not exceed the number of people advertised. (Per city law) - Please do not place hot or wet plates or cups directly on furniture, use coasters. HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE: - Guest/Tenant must notify upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue. - Please DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself. Call us immediately if maintenance is needed. Broken/Missing items: we much prefer that you report to us any items broken or missing upon your departure. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECKLIST: - ALL trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in your trash receptacle outside of the building prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges. - Dishes – Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware. If the home has a barbecue grill, please clean it after use. Please clean up any obvious messes. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred if the property is left in disarray. - Please do not re-arrange the house décor or move furniture. - Close and lock all doors and windows. Please make a special effort to check all sliding glass doors to ensure they are properly locked. - Make sure to turn off all lights, electronics, and thermostats.
