On-site amenities: heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, La Vista Restaurant and bar, Seven Birches Winery. The space The area offers many year-round activities: skiing and tubing, snow-shoeing, hiking, bike trails, aerial forest adventure park, gondola sky rides, zipline adventures, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, Whale's Tale Water Park, mini-golf, Clark's Trading Post, Alpine Adventures, The Basin, Franconia Notch, The Flume, kayaking and canoeing. Bike room located off the main lobby to store bikes. Bikes not allowed in room. NO Smoking of any kind or pets allowed in this unit. You will be fined $500 if you do. There is a designated smoking area outside the resort located on the west side. NO Parties. Ice machines on fl 2 & 4 Laundry rooms located on fl 2,3,4,5 & 6. DVD Player and Board games available at front desk, or you can bring your amazon fire stick, Apple TV or other devise and connect it to your TV. We do have cable TV with premium channels and on demand. Tesla Supercharges located on the East side of the parking lot. Guest access Enter through the main lobby to retrieve your keys at the front desk. Elevators are to the right after you pass the front desk. Other things to note No Pets in this unit. No more than 4 people allowed in the unit. You will have access to the skating rink at no charge, and if you need skates you can rent them at the resort for $10. If you have skates, bring them. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in our studio. You will be fined $500 if you do. There is designated smoking area at the resort which is on the west side of the building.
