Lower level private entrance into your own cozy private guest studio apartment. Self check in digital key pad for easy entrance. Located 7 minutes bike ride or 5 minutes drive to Theodore Wirth Recreation Area (Cross Country Skiing, tubing, biking, golf course). We live in walking distance from Bassett Creek Park and Disc Golf Course. We are about 5-10 minutes (driving) from downtown Minneapolis, and about 20-25 minutes to MSP airport. The space The guests will be able to enjoy free Wifi, Netflix, and a classic Sega Genesis. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable cook top and pots and pans if you would like to do a little cooking in the unit. It comes with a mini fridge to store your perishables and keep a few drinks cold. The is an indoor and outdoor eating area for you to enjoy your meals at. Guest access Access to laundry room with washer and dryer (free of charge) available if needed. Other things to note We a have 2 young children that can be noisy during the day when they are not in school. The home is very quiet at night. We ask that quiet time start at 10pm and go until 7am.
