Comfortable 2-Story 4 BR 2.5 BA home in Hyrum Utah

Relax and enjoy time with family in this 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Just 4 minutes from Hyrum dam where you can boat and fish, or go ice fishing in the winter. Feel free to just hang out around the house and play games, we have several board games. Or if you'd prefer you can drive 20 minutes and enjoy a sporting event at Utah State University. Hiking is available in a variety of canyons, Logan, Blacksmith fork, the Wellsville mountains and much much more! The space The four bedrooms are all upstairs. The master bedroom is the largest, has a king size Nectar (Medium Hardness, Memory Foam) Mattress and includes a master bathroom as well. The second bedroom has a day bed that includes a pull out floor mattress, both of which are memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress from tuft and needle. The Fourth Bedroom has a crib and a baby changing table, in the future we plan to add an addition bed as well. Downstairs in the front room is a convertable sofa bed and the living room has a sofa that can be slept on as well. Guest access There is room for 3 cars to park in the driveway (unless you drive a couple of Cybertrucks, then there will only be room for 2). There is also plenty of street parking as well. Just please leave room for the trash cans, Garbage day is Tuesday morning. Other things to note Feel free to bring your dogs, but please limit them to downstairs or the back yard and not on the furniture. We offer dog crates which can be set up in the kitchen and request that you bring your dog's bedding so that they will feel more comfortable in a new space. Unfortunately I am allergic to dogs so upstairs and on the beds/sofas is off limits. I am severely allergic to cats so they are strictly not allowed. If this does not work for you please find another place to stay. Most of the rooms have a smart speaker or screen, the echo shows both have a privacy switch which is to be left closed unless guests wish to use the camera. feel free to say something like "Alexa, play sweet child of mine by Guns 'N Roses" or "Alexa, where is a good Mexican food place near me?". We are new to hosting and are here to serve you in all that we can. if anything is unsatisfactory please let us know as soon as possible so we can remedy it for you.
