Mountain biking trails begin up and around the corner onto Monument Road. The space Our property is located in the Ridges and comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The upstairs features a big screen television with access to over 60 television channels, a fully furnished full size kitchen, a laundry room, a sitting bar and a half bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bath. Also included is free WIFI. Although the unit has a two car garage, it has limited access based on your needs as the owner uses it for storage. There is a patio deck on the upper level that features a gas barbecue and outdoor sitting area. On the lower level is a covered patio with a larger sitting area. We also have a fire pit if an outdoor fire is your pleasure. We have everything onsite we can think of to make your stay comfortable. Just bring your suitcase, toothbrush and groceries.
