Our home is a hidden treasure loaded with special southern charm located just three miles from the world famous Hartsfield/Jackson international airport and minutes to the heart of downtown Atlanta where you can find an abundance of attractions and things to do. Just updated all rooms from full size beds to new Queen size serta mattress beds and dresser on 03/ 10/ 23 , Room has a large desk/ work area , 32 inch smart tv and a mini fridge. Conveninet to all major interstate highways. The space We are excited to potentially host you! Here are a few things we like our guests to know before arrival. We have an older, renovated home with custom-built queen beds in our comfortable private bedrooms and shared bathrooms just for our special guests. Each bedroom has its own secure keypad lock . Kitchen is located in center of home and has full size refrigerator/freezer combination in home. Two microwaves, toaster and fully stocked (pots, pans, plates, glasses, eating utensils...). Pillow-top mattresses and small refrigerators 32 inch led tv provided . Washer and dryer UNAVAILABLE for guests. Smoking permitted in backyard; patio table and chairs for your convenience. Do not removed any items from home including clothes hampers. Property also has small trailer for owner's storage in backyard. Guest access Each guest have full access to their secure bedroom. Guests also has access to the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen). There's a patio set in backyard where smoking is permitted. During your stay Please feel free to contact me or my co-host with any questions or concerns you may have. We would like to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. Other things to note We are excited to potentially host you! Here are a few things we like our guests to know before arrival. There could be additional guests in home during your stay who all share the full size refrigerator and all common areas. All rooms have mini fridges . We have taken steps to ensure the safety and comfort for all of our guests; which includes a sterile cleaning of all bedrooms and bathrooms. We have applied certain rules to ensure the comfort of all guests. NO EARLY CHECK INS (LUGGAGE) **If you wish to check-in early, please let us know in advance. There will be an early check in fee. We request that you are considerate of other guests with your behavior. NO smoking permitted inside home. NO parties/gatherings permitted. NO unregistered guests after 9:00A.M QUIET HOURS: 9:00 P.M. - 9:00A.M. Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There's a late fee applied after 11:10. Violation of the smoking and pet rules will result in immediate termination of stay. We can provide complimentary clean bed linen for all guests who stay for 8 days or more upon request; and each 7th day for the duration of stay. free of charge. Please place dirty bed linens on bed when checking out. Also, if you'd like your bed and room cleaned by us, we'd be happy to accommodate but there's an additional cleaning fee for this service. You will receive your code/check-in information the day of your check-in shortly before your 3:00 p.m. check in time. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
