The Lake Breeze Resort

The Lake Breeze resort is a stunning waterfront oasis located on Stoco Lake in the tourist town of Tweed. Our spacious family friendly home offers 5 quality furnished bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, bar with an entertainment floor. Extra large terraced backyard extends to a private sandy beach with kayaks, pedal boat, a fire pit, 2 decks, and a pergola. Guest can enjoy various kinds of water sports within the convenience of a tourist town with shopping and dining all around the year. The space Entire house and the outdoor space. Guests can use 2 kayaks and the 5 person pedal boat free of charge during your stay if weather permits. During winter, skating, ice fishing can be done if you bring your own gear and make a skating rink in the lake if ice is safe to do so. Outdoor monitoring cameras are in place for the safety and security of the guests and property. Guest access Access to all parts of the house. Absolutely no trespassing to neighbours property. I will be providing blankets, pillows, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, hand soap, 1 full regular size propane tank for the barbecue, plates, cutlery, and drip coffee machine with filter. Guests to bring in food, fitted sheets, top sheets, pillow cover, towels, toiletries, fire log and water safety gearing. Even though there are few adult and children’s life jackets in the property it’s the sole responsibility of the guests to use right fitting water safety gearing. Garbage and recycling should be separated during your stay. Please note Bedding and towels are available upon request for an extra fee of $100. This request has to be submitted at least 5 days prior to your check in. Other things to note Please read and follow the instructions carefully to avoid extra charges. Prior to the check in date guests must provide every vehicles license plate numbers, the names, and age of each guests that will be travelling in it. Owner appreciate if guests can carpool and reduce the number of vehicles parked on the driveway. Request 1 vehicle be parked inside the garage upon arrival and rest in the driveway. No vehicles to be parked on the lawn, curb side or on the street. The number of people is strictly restricted to what you have mentioned in your booking. No visitors into the house during your stay unless you obtained permission from the owner please. There’s an additional charge for extra guests after 10 guests. Also, please be mindful of the quiet neighborhood and the neighbours nearby. No loud noise parties outdoor as it is a residential neighbourhood. No golfing by the lake or in the backyard please. Pets are allowed with permission and an extra fee of $100. The safety and the security of each and every individual in your group during the entire time period of your stay at our property is the sole responsibility of the person who booked the reservation. Thanks for following these rules. These rules are in place to adhere to the city requirements. Violation of these rules will be considered as unlawful occupancy and can be asked to leave the property and or charged with a penalty. Outdoor activities, number of vehicles and number of guests are monitored by the owner with outdoor cameras.
