The space has full kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer, and access to exercise room and gym with free weights. Personal training and other services are available upon request for additional fee. Bring slippers as we ask you keep outdoor shoes at the door. No parties or events. The space The house is a two level home with separate entrance for the lower level and shared parking in the drive and plenty of street parking. The lower level apartment is over 1500 square feet and includes a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, a living room, and outdoor patio. The gym and garage gym are a shared space on the lower level with access coordinated with owner. The upper floor is the owners private residence. The ceilings in the lower level are 9ft and there is natural light in all the rooms. The heating and AC have industrial UVC light for sanitization. UVC is known to kill COVID-19 and other viruses and bacteria. The back yard is also a shared space with an outdoor table and chairs for dining, a deck and fire pit. The house is located in short walking distance to bike and walking paths and a nature preserve and park. Guest access The house is a two level home with separate entrance for the lower level and shared parking in the drive and plenty of street parking. The lower level apartment and lower level patio are available for the guests. The gym and garage gym are a shared space. The upper floor is the owners private residence. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note The AC and heating has built in UVC filtration known to kill bacteria and airborne viruses like Covid-19. We ask that guest not wear shoes in the apartment or common areas unless they are indoor only shoes or slippers.
