Minimal, I do live nearby but travel extensively. I do have assistants that will monitor the website if guests should need anything. This is an upscale family neighborhood and as such, you must respect the quiet hours of 10 PM to 9 AM. There are neighbors closeby so you will need to come inside at 10 PM and continue your festivities. Jacksonville Beaches are known to be some of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in Florida. There are many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, parks, etc. For children, Adventure Landing, (water slides, bumper cars, go karts, and mini-golf) is just five minutes away. Within Jax Beach city limits, you can bowl, play tennis, there is a skate park, and of course participate in all beach activities including surfing, bike-riding, paddle boarding and fishing off the Pier.
