Other things to note Your front yard is a park on the intercoastal waterway to enjoy the boat parade, fishing or just the beautiful sunsets. The beach is two blocks east and there are also 18 wonderful restaurants and bars within a 4 minute walk. Pets welcome... MINIMUM PET FEE $100.
