Clean, cozy guesthouse near historic downtown mall

You're sure to enjoy this recently built (completed March 2020), private guesthouse in the charming Little High neighborhood near downtown Charlottesville. Cozy yet uncluttered space, high-speed wi-fi, private patio area, and a helpful host make for a pleasant stay in a great location. We are less than a mile from the historic downtown mall, two miles from UVa, four miles from Monticello, and within 15 miles of numerous hikes, vineyards and breweries. The space Guests have access to a parking space in front of the guest house, plus additional street parking if needed. Guests enter the house using a door code. You will also have exclusive use of the patio in front of the guest house, including a fire pit. Fire wood and kindling are provided. The front room contains a seating area (including a large chair that folds down into a twin bed) on one side of the room and a small kitchen on the other. The kitchen contains a large double sink, half-refrigerator with small freezer space, a microwave/convection oven, and a two-burner stove top. Additional kitchen amenities include a coffee grinder, toaster, electric kettle and single-serve coffee maker (pour-over). Also, a full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, and well-stocked utensils drawer. The bedroom contains a new Casper queen-size bed and bamboo sheets, night stand on either side of bed, built-in book shelf, shelves with drawers for clothing, and a hanging clothes rack. The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and sink, full set of towels, ventilation fan, and a closet with more linens, toiletries and cleaning supplies. * Please note, there is no TV. But our excellent WiFi will allow you to stream all your favorite shows on a laptop or other device.
