This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake Ada. Just 10 minutes to Sanford SFB airport. Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and direct access to the screen porch. Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi throughout. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Screen porch and gas grill great for entertaining family and friends. The space This comfortable home has updated hard surface floors throughout, but with carpet in the bedrooms. A large master suite with private bathroom and direct access to the screen porch. Master has a Temper-pedic king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a king size sleep number bed with each side individually adjustable for your comfort and a twin bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen size sleep number bed. There are two full bathrooms and a comfortable screened porch which overlooks the lake and a nice dock for fishing or just relaxing. There are three flat screen smart TV's in the home. One 55" in the living room, one 40" in the master bedroom and a 24” in BR 3. There are many local channels available along with Netflix and all the other channels that a smart TV offers. You are also welcome to borrow one of our movies that we keep under the TV in the living room. Guest access The entire home is yours as this is not our primary residence. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything including Hwy 417 & I-4. Just a couple minutes drive to many restaurants, grocery stores or the mall.
