Gated resort with security. 2nd level condo with no elevators Resort has 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pool2, 3 tennis court and a fitness room. Noise (foot steps) may or may not come from the unit above. Parking/Security pass is $20 (1st car), $5 for 2nd car. The space Located on the coastline.
