Welcome to our country getaway! Come enjoy the peace of rural living. We are 15 min from Rusk, TX, where there’s Jim Hogg State Park and the Texas State Railroad. Henderson, TX, is 30 minutes away. We are 35 minutes from the oldest town in Texas, Nacogdoches. We are 60 minutes from Tyler, TX. Many people stay with us to hunt for deer and wild hogs on our land. There is a nearby creek for fishing. We have no-frills accommodations that are comfortable for your visit. The space We are located right off Highway 84 (no dirt roads), near the intersection of 204. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of our home. Other things to note For guests visiting longer than two weeks there will be a cleaning fee applied every 2 weeks to ensure ongoing cleanliness of the home. The cleaning fee charge is based purely on what the company charges and averages $100 for cleaning during visits. The cleaning fee will be due without demand every two weeks via electronic means such as Paypal, Cash App, or via the resolution center of Airbnb. Early check-in: If we must leave work to check you in earlier than our listed time of 5:00 pm then you will incur a $20/hr early check-in fee. Late check-out: Not allowed A rental agreement is required for visits 30 days or greater.
