Conveniently located near Asheville, you'll be just a short drive away from two must-visit holiday destinations: the Biltmore Estate, dressed in all its festive glory, and the enchanting North Carolina Arboretum, showcasing its seasonal wonders. The space This home is a beautiful farmhouse and is clean, comfortable and has all of the amenities needed for you to enjoy the comforts of an HGTV style home. It’s beautifully furnished with a real farmhouse feel. It is one level living and has a bright and open floor plan with great gathering spaces. For some fresh air you can relax on the patio with the dining set and gas grill. At night you can enjoy the ambiance of the party lights or gather around the fire pit in the ample yard space. In the home, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and a large amazing walk-in shower that will pamper you after a long hike or enjoying some of the breweries. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for two and a shared bathroom with a bonus room, which has another queen-sized bed and an additional bunk bed. The home has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people. The location is great. It is approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and close to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping of South Asheville and Downtown. Guest access Guests will have access to entire home. Other things to note We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store. Towels and linens are provided. Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries. Friendly reminder~ No pets allowed and no smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any unauthorized pets or smoking on premises.
