Direct beachfront condo located in the exclusive John's Island community with private beach access. It is a one bedroom/1bath studio efficiency, with a kitchenette, washer and dryer and walk-in closet. Enjoy the large covered balcony for your sunrises and a beautiful landscape pool for the sunset. The space You are only steps to the Atlantic Ocean. We have beach chairs for your use and there are decks close to the water with lounge chairs. The picturesque pool area is great for your sunsets. The village shops are less than a mile away, with boutique shops and restaurants. There are also shops and restaurants further down the beach( about a 7 minute drive) on Ocean drive. Disney world is 70 minutes away in Orlando. Guest access There is a condominium pool and the Atlantic Ocean beach. A library with tons of books! Also a card room/ guest dining room. We have a business office and lobby seating area. Other things to note We have a code on the door for easy access. We will give the guard gate your name to receive your pass for your stay!
