Professionally decorated / Gourmet kitchen has large island, granite tops, tile back splash and gas cook top. First floor master bedroom suite with large master bath. Second floor has loft area and 2 large bedrooms with 1 full bathroom. House backs to woods so you can enjoy your privacy in the screened porch or on the paver patio. Sit out front on one of the two covered porches. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, loft, living room and screened room. Flat screen Smart TV's in all bedrooms and loft and a 4k Smart tv in main living room. DVD players in main living room and in loft area. ***BAYSIDE - Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, which is one of the Top 100 Course's in the US. Amenities include: club house, bar and restaurant, tennis, bay front beach area, kayaking, outdoor and indoor pools & 2 fitness centers, Freeman Stage & national acts, walking and biking trails plus much, more... Note: to use some amenities like pools, gym etc. there would be an extra charge per person. Other things to note Bayside Resort require guests to purchase guest passes from the home owner to use most amenities at Bayside. The Point pool is for residents only. Children under 5 are free with an adult with a guest pass and must be supervised by said person.
