Welcome to "Waves Apartment". We hope you will find this cozy, 2 bed 2 bath apartment with an office across from the harbor enjoyable whether you are traveling with your family or in town for work. We offer free onsite parking, a private deck, 2 Queen size bedrooms, an office with an air mattress and linens, open living room/dining area with windows looking out on the lake & harbor. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances as well as everything you need to cook a nice meal. Laundry as well. Guest will find the apartment is more spacious inside than expected. You can enjoy 2 Queen bedrooms and one office (with an air mattress if needed includes linens, comforter, and pillow) 3 smart TVs with Hulu access free of charge, a newly remodeled kitchen/bath with new appliances, and a back deck. About a 3 minute walk to the harbor/lake. Please contact the host if you are interested in bringing your dog. We have a pet agreement and fee that will need to be arranged for before the reservation is complete. Entire apartment. Please feel free to message me anytime. I usually always get back right away. Waves is located in downtown Racine...walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, shops, bars, historic attractions etc...for noise-sensitive guests please note....this is a downtown location and street noise has to be expected even in the late evening. There’s a covered parking structure on 3rd and Lake for $2 a day. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Private parking in back for our guest for 1 vehicle. There’s also a covered overnight parking on 3rd and Lake (directly across the street) for $2 a day as well as street metered parking. Upon availability and when requested before check-in, we may offer a later check-out for a few.
