You will also enjoy full access to the Bella Vida Resort amenities, including the clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, and recreational areas, all available for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Other things to note 👶 Child-Friendly Home Our home is family-friendly and offers a few helpful items for guests traveling with children: • Child safety pool fence • High chair available free of charge upon request • Pack ’n Play (travel crib) available upon request ⸻ ♨️ Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional daily fee. Heating must be requested in advance and applies to the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to add this option so we can arrange it for your arrival. ⸻ 🍔 BBQ Grill The BBQ grill is available upon request for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please remember to clean the grill after each use. A cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty. ⸻ 🧹 Cleaning Service Daily housekeeping is not included. Before check-in, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected, with clean linens and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested in advance for an additional fee. ⸻ ⚠️ Policies & Fees To help maintain the home in great condition, the following policies apply: • Additional charges may apply if staff must be sent to fix or repair issues caused by misuse • Frozen A/C (thermostat set below 70°F): $200 • Clogged toilet: $75 • Furniture moved and not returned: $100 • Smoking indoors: $500 penalty • Pets are not allowed: $500 penalty • Please avoid food and beverages in bedrooms; stains on carpets, linens, or towels will be charged • Dirty BBQ grill: $50 cleaning fee • Parties or gatherings exceeding the allowed occupancy are not permitted (Maximum occupancy: 14 guests)
