This property has a sand beach, fire pit, BBQ, and a beautiful deck to enjoy to the amazing sunsets. Lake Independence is great for catching a variety of fish including Perch, Walleye, Pike, and Bass. This property also comes with 4 kayaks available for use. Guest access A-Frame cottage has two separate living areas. The kitchen, bathroom and living area can be divided by an insulated door. Keeping the bedrooms, loft and another living room separate for those who like to rise a little later than the early birds. This is a great feature for evenings as well if you have small children that need their rest. The loft sleeps 2 guest in either 2 XL twin beds which can also be converted into a king. The bunk room sleeps 3 guest. The 2nd downstairs bedroom sleeps an additional 2 guest. There is also an additional sleeper sofa that converts to make a full bed.
