A wonderful Croatan home only 5 min walk to the beach, and very close to resort strip (.9 mile) , NAS Oceana, and all Virginia Beach has to offer, available weekly year-around and monthly in winter. First floor with two bedrooms and an additional living/rec room and full bath The space A beautiful, nicely decorated, 3 BR, 2.5 BA house in a resort-like, residential beach neighborhood, available weekly year-around and monthly in winter. Pictures walk you through the third floor deck down to the first floor and front yard. The house is a very short walk to the beach; it is the third house from the beach but somewhat in the middle of the block. To get to the beach you walk about 1/2 block parallel to the beach shore then turn left and walk past three houses and you are at the beach! There are some very limited ocean views from the third floor bedroom and deck.1 car garage and 4 cars sit comfortably in the driveway.Third Floor has Huge Master bedroom with a king-size bed, big walk in closet with plenty of hangers and shelf space, and master bath with sitting area and private deck. Master bath has tub, dual sinks and separate shower. Master bedroom has also a twin size bunk bed and a sitting sofa, perfect for family reunions. Second floor is completely open floor plan and houses an expansive kitchen, with a 4 person breakfast table, bar height counter, a half bath, and laundry closet with full size washer, dryer, and above washer cabinets. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances: Four door fridge with icemaker and water and ice dispenser, Bosch dishwasher, GE Profile convection range, with warming drawers, large size toaster-convection oven (countertop), Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, espresso maker, regular coffee maker. Expansive living room with plenty of sitting in a sectional with 2 reclining seats and media console with HDMI port and two 110 V outlets, Dining area off the kitchen, games closet. Extra table near deck door can be used as a computer workstation. Deck off the living room with indoor-outdoor fireplace (non-summer rentals only please) . First floor has two bedrooms , a full bath, a linen's closet, rec room and the foyer. First floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a twin single and a twin bunk bed. Additional wall-mount HDTV in the rec room. Each bedroom has a flat panel HD TV. Living room Smart TV has Netflix app. Cable, internet. One car Garage. Plenty of driveway parking. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas for summer weeks. Back yard with grill and outdoor shower. House is only 0.9 mile from the boardwalk at 5th street. You can do early morning jogging or bike rides to the boardwalk, yet enjoy the quiet charm of a residential beach for beach hours and the awesome. neighborhood in the evening. Very limited street parking, during day hours only, to guarantee your quiet vacation. Virginia Beach Fireworks (4th of July and every summer Sunday) can be enjoyed (very limited view) from the 3rd floor deck , or from the beach, at the Rudee Inlet point; Three floors- hence must do stairs A refundable security of $250.00 will be collected directly by owner once the property is booked.
