Other things to note Cleaning Fee $165 $25 per guest/ night for each additional guest over 4 Pets - Pre-Approval Required - Contact us upon reservation request. $50/per pet - One time fee. Longer than one week, pet fee subject to change. Please contact us for rates. Early check in must be approved. No smoking at any time inside - $200 fine. Please put out the trash on Sunday, pick up is early on Monday. Please put a large rock on the trash can - as we have an Elk problem.
