Livingston Beach

The Livingston Beach House is a low-bank beachfront house with beautiful decks for relaxation. Lots of windows and decks are great for enjoying the views. While the house is spacious and comfortable, the maximum of 4 guests is firm (due to limited septic capacity & neighborhood regulations) and the house is best enjoyed by adults and older children. We only offer the 2 king beds. The house has a VERY open feel. The only interior doors are on the bathrooms. The space Ground floor is locked storage 2nd floor is entrance, king bedroom and 3/4 bath 3rd floor is kitchen, living, dining and 1/2 bath 4th floor is primary suite 5th floor is empty loft
