The Livingston Beach House is a low-bank beachfront house with beautiful decks for relaxation. This is a unique 5 story property. Lots of windows and decks are great for enjoying the views. While the house is spacious and comfortable, the maximum of 4 guests is firm (due to limited septic capacity & neighborhood regulations) and the house is best enjoyed by adults and older children. We only offer the 2 king beds. The house has a VERY open feel. The only interior doors are on the bathrooms.
