Once a cherished schoolhouse and later a renowned boathouse, this distinctive property now blends its storied heritage with artistic charm, inviting design, and stunning light-filled rooms. Its thoughtfully curated interior features soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and stylish yet comfortable furnishings that create a space perfect for relaxation and reflection. Our back patio with a firepit is the perfect setting to enjoy evening cocktails and gaze at the star-filled sky. We have plenty of toys, books, and games for kids and adults alike, including a game room with a foosball table and a chalkboard wall to keep the spirit of the schoolhouse alive!
