The space The condo is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the swimming pool and offers views of Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay waters directly from the outside deck, that’s equipped with a natural gas BBQ and a wicker patio set, large enough to seat 5 people. The loft is accessible using an elevator and stairs. The property is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washer/dryer, and has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to cook a homemade meal. The condo sleeps 6 people but could accommodate 8 with a total of 3 queen size beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom having its own master ensuite with a glass shower. The powder room on the first-floor services the other bedroom ensuring there are no line ups to the facilities at peak times. The rest of the space on the first floor is occupied with a modern kitchen, a dining set capable of sitting 8 people, and a living space equipped with a pull out sectional, natural gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted Smart TV equipped with Roku TV and a large selection of Rogers Ignite channels. The TV is equipped with an extra HDMI cable for extending your laptop's display to a large screen. Taking the stairs to the second floor, you will find a secluded loft with another queen-size bed and its own 3 piece bathroom.
