The entire condo community is gated & equipped with video surveillance. The space My condo is unique because it provides an extra level of security which I know I looked for when I was living in the UK and traveling every weekend. Not only are there 24/hour security cameras throughout the complex, there is an assigned parking spot in the gated parking lot as well. One great feature about this condo/complex is that there is a private (locked) door that opens onto Delmar in the middle of all of the activity. Amenities are also important in my condo! Don't worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash because I have you covered! There is also a blow dryer and an ironing board to make sure you look great too! There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans needed to make most any meal as well as a full size dishwasher. If you forgot to pack enough clothes, no worries! There is a full size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets! The couch and the mattresses are brand new and I ensure that my cleaning team does an impeccable job to make sure the condo is spotless.
