This vacation home is a wonderful 2 bedroom (King bed in each bedroom) 2 bath situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, with all the options you might find at your place of residence. With renovations recently completed, it couldn't be more updated. Beautiful granite tops, bar fridge for cold drinks, flooring in the entire unit, ceiling fans in all rooms, 6 panel doors, some new furniture and bedding, flat screen televisions in each room and more. Amenities within the vacation home include private high speed secured wifi, comcast cable on flat screen televisions in living room and both bedrooms (hdmi inputs for your extra gadgets), all standard and small appliances, wet bar with wine/beverage fridge, master bedroom with master closet and private bathroom. Many deck chairs surround the pool for your tanning pleasure. The property is surrounded by a boardwalk with boats to view and possibly the manatee that play. You will also find gas grills ready for you to barbecue. Bring your own boat or rentals can be reserved at the marina next door, fish-tale marina. The trolley charges just .75 and has a pick up right in front of the property to get you anywhere on the island as is a cross walk to the beach, just 900 feet away. There are numerous places to rent bikes, jet ski, para-sail, take dolphin tours by boat or jet ski, etc. Within walking distance is 7-11, cvs, santini plaza, variety of restaurants, ice cream shop and more. Don’t forget to visit lovers key state park just 2 miles down the road or head to time square.
