Downtown Savannah/River Street (13mi) & Tybee Island Beach (35mi). Enjoy your new home away from home The space HOME IS NEAR: SAVANNAH HILTON HEAD AIRPORT IS (6.5mi) away from the home. There's a variety of restaurants to choose from: Apple Bees, Cheddar's, Olive Garden, Long-Horn, Ruby's Tuesday, Slap-fish (seafood)....etc Guest access Guest will have access to the gym, it’s walking distance away from the house. There’s also a swimming pool attached to the gym, the swimming pool is seasonal. The key will be left on the table in the house. Should you lose the gym key, you will be charged a replacement cost of $25. So please don’t lose the key. Other things to note To whom ever makes the reservation it’s your responsibility for his/her guests and damages: —————IMPORTANT————- 1. In the master bedroom there’s also a recliner, as well as a queen size air mattress (in closet w/linen). 2. There’s also 5 recliners in the living room w/ the fireplace. 3. There’s a chase in the formal living room. 4. That’s 4 queen size beds, 1 queen size air mattress, 1 chase and 6 recliners. 5. The minimum guests is 10. 6. Should you have more than 10 guests , it’s a $50 charge per person per night. No more than 5 extra guests. 7. The recliners & chase are areas where your extra guest my choose to sleep. —CHARGEABLE HOUSE RULES— 1. NO VISITORS ALLOWED: ONLY THE ALLOTTED PAYING GUESTS on the property. 2. NO PETS ALLOWED: There’s a $500.00 Non Refundable Fee. You will forfeit your Stay and Escorted off the Property.. 3. NO SMOKING ALLOWED: There’s a $100.00 additional clean up fee. 4.
