Enjoy this quaint cabin on beautiful sand bottom West Bass Lake in Gwinn, MI. The cabin sits on 100 feet of lake frontage. It features two private bedrooms, two hide-a-bed couches in the living area, wood burning fireplace, full bathroom and full kitchen. You will also find a separate sauna building with a shower. For your outdoor pleasure there is a furnished deck, patio with a fire pit, large back yard and a dock to allow for easy access to the lake. For your outdoor pleasure there is a canoe, two kayaks, paddleboat, fishing boat with battery motor, life jackets, water toys and complimentary firewood. In the evening you can play cards, board games, watch movies on your complimentary DVD player, enjoy Direct TV or make s'mores. The cabin is furnished with linens and towels. West Bass Lake is known for its great swimming, fishing, boating and water sports. There is a public boat launch with state campground on the lake. You will find rainbow trout, large and smallmouth bass, perch and bluegill for your fishing pleasure. The cabin is 40 minutes from Marquette and 60 minutes from Munising. The entire cabin and outdoor space is available during the spring, summer, and fall. The sauna is available from May 1st to October 15th. The washer and dryer is available from April 1st to November 14th. We will be available during your stay to answer any questions or help in anyway we can. Our cabin is located 19 miles from Sawyer International Airport, 18 miles from Red Fox Run Golf Course, 30 miles from Marquette Mountain, and 25 miles from the beautiful public beaches of Lake Superior. The nearest restaurant is 9 miles away and boasts the best ribs in Marquette County. In and around Gwinn you can enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling.
