This cozy one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay while visiting Pullman! Nestled in a quiet historical neighborhood, but only a couple blocks from great restaurants and bars, you can easily explore downtown Pullman on foot. Also be sure to checkout the WSU campus, which is less than a mile away. We offer free electric vehicle (EV) charging to our guests via a NEMA 14-50 plug next to a reserved parking space. The plug is kept locked, so please ask for the code if interested. The space Offering a small but functional kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV with Blu-Ray player, board games, queen bed, air mattress, and large comfy couch, this home comfortably accommodates two, and can even support three people. There is a reserved parking space in the alley, on paver stones adjacent to the door and the back of the property, featuring a NEMA 14-50 plug for EV charging. Parking is also available alongside the grass and cement retaining wall in the alley, and on the street. Please do not park in the driveway in front of the garage. Guest access Guests will have unlimited access to the entire lower unit. Help yourself to any food in the kitchen. The paver stones adjacent to the door are reserved parking for the lower unit.
