Fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. Direct access to the Pemigewasset River in the back. Just a few miles to Clark’s Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, & The Lost River. This newly renovated loft condo features a fully applianced kitchen, dining area with seating for 4, queen pull out couch in the living room, and a private balcony. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed featuring a GelFlex Grid Purple Mattress, a closet to store your belongings, and a dresser. There is an air mattress as well for an additional sleeping option and a pack & play travel crib for your tiniest traveler.
