Madrone Beach House

Our beautiful home is on 2 1/2 acres with private beach on the South Puget Sound waterfront of Anderson Island is located in one of the most scenic areas you can imagine. This is a great place to relax and walk on the beach and enjoy the wildlife. We have herons, eagles, deer, seals, and many smaller creatures to keep you company. Eagle Island, a marine state park, is within rowing distance of the house and also adds to the already spectacular view from the front windows . The space 2400 sq ft waterfront home designed by Seattle Architect Mark Millet. Guest access Guests have access to whole house, boat house and sauna.
