Inside, you are invited to enjoy the newly renovated classic Big Bear Cabin.   With hardwood flooring and an open concept living area. Perfect to relax after a day of outdoor sports. The living room area offers ample seating, a large Samsung Smart TV and WIFI to stream your devices. Cozy up near the classic Swiss style gas fireplace. Grab a bite to eat at the kitchen island.   The kitchen has all you will need to prepare a great meal, including a stainless steel fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A standard coffee maker is provided.   Just down the hall you will find a full size bathroom with upgraded modern fixtures. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, the second bedroom also offers a queen bed.   Step out back and enjoy the park-like setting with a fenced area and deck with hot tub. You can grill on the propane barbecue grill and enjoy the hot tub under the stars. A classic cabin that’s been given a classy touch with modern appliances and furnishings. There is also a portable air conditioning unit to help with the Summer temperatures. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. City Ordinance Occupancy for Adults: 6 adults. Guest access Access to entire home. Other things to note The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.
