Swimming pool, hot tub, please do not allow children to use the hot tub as the swimming pool it is simply a place to sit and relax-also teach them The do's and don'ts of spa use- please do not spill drinks in the hot tub and do not allow children to throw rocks into the hot tub - do not allow too many people in hot tub at one time or allow water to pour onto control panel-thank you ! Bring apples , carrots or watermelon to feed Cherokee, Cash, Sammi, Kat , Sugar our little filly Cotton. Gourmet kitchen, BBQ Pavilion, outdoor fireplace, grill, campfire with seating (must check with Comal county to be sure burn ban is not on to use campfire) Bring lots of extra towels for the pool and hot tub as well as extra for showers.... We have both types of coffee pots as well as a coffee grinder. Fully stocked with pots and pans but you need to bring paper plates, solo cups, napkins, etc. If you are going to use the twin Roll away beds, BRING TWIN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES for those; We do provide the pillows and comforters. you will need charcoal and lighter fluid if you're going to use the grill in the barbecue pavilion; two propane tanks on site that you can exchange at the corner gas station if you want to use the propane grill and the propane fire pit on the back deck. There are two refrigerators available for you to stock your groceries. If you move any of the furniture around inside or out, please put back into its original place before you depart. Please if you do any cooking in the ovens be sure to put a cookie sheet underneath for any spills or overflows, we have the cookie seats available on site. Number one rule is leave your worries at home and come to have a wonderful relaxing vacation! BEDS ... There is a king bed and and a twin bed in the largest bedroom; there is a king bed in the 2nd bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom...there is a queen bed in the flex room off the kitchen and there are 14 twin roll away beds. If you need to bring air mattresses for more beds you can there is ample floor space. There is a washer dryer on site but bring your washing detergent. The hot water heaters need time to reheat between showers so short showers or schedule usage time 30-40 min apart! There are also two outdoor showers on a separate hot water heater. There are motion security cameras on the exterior front and rear of the home. If you have additional guests that will be staying at the home that were not paid for please text the owner and you will receive an alteration to accept for the additional cost for the extra guest. WHEN YOU DEPART...please make sure ALL Trash is picked up and put into the trash bags and then taken to the two large blue garbage cans at the street . DO NOT PUT LOOSE TRASH IN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE CANS...all trash must be in trash bags ....trash svc will not pick up loose trash .... Thank you! Sweep up and wash all used dishware used. Keep towels washed during stay. Upon departure strip sheets ( not mattress pads) off beds and start load in wash - cleaning crew will arrive at 10 am on date of departure Unless you have special permissions with seller to check out later. CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK for items left behind, under beds, in drawers,etc. for anything you may have left behind... NO PETS -SAFETY ISSUE AND NO RV HOOK UPS TO MAIN HOUSE- will cause breakers to pop or break and forfeit deposit Other things to note 10 miles from Gruene, Tx ....3 miles from beautiful Devil's backbone, 6 miles from Wimberley Zipline and 10 miles from Wimberley's famous First Sat Trade Days, Jacob's Well and Blue Hole, 5-10 miles from toobing at Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, 20 min from Schlitterbahn Water Park and downtown New Braunfels restaurants and music venues, 7 mi from River Road and only 12 miles to Texas State University if you want to visit with the college students for the (URL HIDDEN) much more to list.
