Dunes Beach House is a quaint, rustic beach home that sits perched on top of the beach with outstanding views. The upscale furnishings bring the beachy feel indoors, with pale blue and green furnishings throughout the home. This home is a true vacation destination all year round. You can lay in the sun on your own private beach in the summer months or sit and relax with a glass of wine that you just brought back from your trip to the nearby vineyards. This is a 2-bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms that can sleep 6 people. The living room has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 persons in the group. The living space offers up a stone wood-burning fireplace and a rocking chair. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen and much more for all the best chefs around. It has plenty of dinnerware and cookware! The dining area with a large log dining table is just around the corner. Outside, there is a luxurious hot tub to soak in while preparing some BBQ on the grill. There is also an outdoor hot and cold shower and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45. The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service. Please note that an additional Damage Waiver fee applies for stays exceeding 29 days. Cancellation Policy Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
