One of Sedona's most LOVED condos! One mile to Bell Rock and conveniently located to enjoy local shopping, restaurants, and rental shops for all your outdoor adventures! After a day of exploration or hitting up the on-site tennis courts, unwind with your favorite beverage by the community pool or take a dip in the hot tub! The space Note: this unit it located on the second floor. Living Room: vaulted ceilings, a decorative indoor fireplace, flat screen TV with Roku and wi-fi. Kitchen: electric oven/stove-top, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. Master Bedroom: king bed, dresser and walk-in closet w/ en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower combo. Second Bedroom: king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. Main Bathroom directly across w/ walk-in shower. *Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Balcony: accessed from the second bedroom and the living room. **Please Note: Due to the nature of the balcony, it is not suitable for small children. Washer/Dryer: The condo has a fully functional washer/dryer for your convenience. Amenities: *A community pool (pool towels provided for your stay) *Two hot tubs *Two full-sized tennis courts (one stationed for pickle ball) *Two BBQ grills (located just outside of the pool area). *Although it is rarely shut down for maintenance, we cannot guarantee the pool and spa will be open during your stay* ***Pool is heated from March 1st through October 31st. EV Charging: There is a Tesla Supercharger with 14 stations and a Rivian Charger with 6 stations on the Southern border of the complex (walking distance) at 7000 AZ-179 Sedona, AZ 86351. GETTING AROUND: Walking distance to explore great hikes, food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay. The Village Oak Creek is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is a short 15 minute drive to Uptown Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 35 minutes to Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! (AZ TPT #2144321) Guest access This home is easily accessible with a private entrance. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you 7 days a week. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Other things to note Please note that the Pool & Hot Tub's hours are 8am to 10pm. The amenities key card will not get you in or out of these areas outside of these hours so please be mindful. This area is a quiet, serene community with full time residence in the area. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding! Parking - There is one covered parking spot assigned to this home. Additional uncovered parking is available in the common parking space on the property. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion. Please note that glass containers of any kind are forbidden at the pool and spa areas. The HOA has notified us that should any glass break in the pool or spa area it will have to be closed, drained, vacuumed, and refilled. This is extremely time consuming and costly.
