Beautiful 1094 sqft home away from home designer living space in the heart of Midtown Miami. There are two very comfortable and cozy bedrooms, each with their own large private bathroom. The living room and outside patio terrace are great for relaxing, socialising or having a coffee. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. You can enjoy all of the building's amenities, the pool, gym, viewing terrace and BBQ area and there is a free parking space for your use. The space The luxurious bedrooms each have private baths with complementary Rituals© bath products. The beds are equipped with Serenity© mattresses, originally custom designed for Hilton's 5* Hotels, for the best sleep every night. The rooms also have a working desk, high-speed wireless internet, use of a laser printer, lots of daylight, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and Smart-TVs in all rooms. You are welcome to enjoy your complementary, sustainably produced coffee or have breakfast in the living-dining area or on the large, private, sunny outside terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. The refrigerator has an automatic ice cube dispenser and enough space to store all your food and beverages. From the terrace you have easy access to the rooftop pool and to the large viewing terrace with comfy outdoor sofas and armchairs (both situated on the same floor as the apartment). You can also enjoy the use of a fitness centre on the 6th floor and a BBQ-area. Midtown Miami has something to offer for everyone: boutique shopping, cafes, bistros, breakfast places, bars, restaurants and a variety of high-end dining and everyday convenience stores are all within walking distance and South Beach is only a 10-15 minute ride away. Midtown capitalises on its location between two vibrant and trendy arts districts: Wynwood and the Design District. Midtown has a walking score of 95 (out of 100). Other things to note Parking: Please note that the free parking space has a low height clearance. It fits a standard sized sedan but larger SUVs, pick ups and vehicles with a larger than normal width or height will be a problem. The measurements of the parking space are 7ft / 84in height and 80in width. For comparison a Toyota RAV4 and Jeep Wrangler will fit (tight). Pets: The apartment is ideally suited to accommodate pets due to its large private patio terrace. Please note that pets need to be registered with the building association prior to your stay! The HOA pet registration fee is $100. You will receive a tag from the association at check-in for your animal, which it will be required to wear and show during your stay.
