Location: Closest location to downtown Jensen Beach! 2 blocks to downtown & groceries 3 blocks to river 2.5 miles to beach Nearby: fishing golf parks regional mall restaurants & shops The space Open space detached housing in quiet neighborhood near downtown and beaches. Full kitchen like home including a crock pot. Everything you need for a day at the beach. The space is beautiful with nice extras like Behringer Truth speakers (plug and play from your cell phone), 65" Smart TV with cable and over 140 movies on DVD and blueray. Guest access Full access to side yard and loft, fully detached from main house. Own parking space. Other things to note Pets: small dogs only (under 20 lbs) with $50 fee... please ask before booking. Extra Guests: $20 per person/ per night after 2 guests (base price is for 1 or 2 guests). Please book with the correct number of people. Children do count as extra guests Guests of guests: Having someone on the property who is not on the reservation must be discussed and approved by property owner. If you would like for someone to spend the night who is not on the reservation, it must be approved by the owner and the reservation must be amended. Owner reserves right to deny in either case. Guests (and guests of guests) who disregard this house rule may be asked to leave. Children: we have steep stairs so we ask that children are at least 4 years old. Capacity: the loft sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We ask that guests check-in with a maximum of 4 guests. We can extend the maximum guests to 5 in the case of parents & kids (2 adults and 3 kids). Parties & Noise: This is not a party house. Skyline Loft is located in a quiet neighborhood and our neighbors have the right to sleep with their windows open without being disturbed. We need for our guests to agree to be quiet outside after 10pm (11pm on weekends). If you are looking to get wild, crazy, loud and obnoxious, please do not book with us.
