Sierra Creekside Cabin near Yosemite and Bass Lake

Situated just 7 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite, our home is the perfect location to enjoy everything the Sierra National Forest has to offer. Nestled between the towering pine trees within the Sugar Pine community, you are just a 10-15 minute walk to Red Rock Fall on the Lewis Creek National Recreation Trail. The trailhead for the impressive Corlieau Fall is only a quick 1-mile drive. Come relax, unwind and reconnect at this beautiful, cozy cabin. The space When you think about escaping to a cabin in the woods, this is what you picture in your mind. With lewis Creek flowing just 50 feet from the front deck, you can enjoy the serene sounds of water flowing while enjoying your morning coffee, evening glass of wine or afternoon yoga session. Split into two separate levels connected by an outside staircase, the top level features a birds eye view of the creek and the tall pines. Walk inside to enter the beautiful knotty pine living room, kitchen and dining area. Step forward past the cheery woodstove into the hallway that takes you to 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The bottom level, complete with a full bathroom, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, a card table AND a foosball table, gives your kids their "own space" to play and be entertained. The Sierra Creekside Cabin is located in the charming historic community of Sugar Pine, once a booming logging town a century ago. We're located only 7 miles south of the south gate entrance to Yosemite National Park and a short 20 minute drive to Bass Lake. We're 12 miles from Nelder Grove, where you can enjoy peaceful walks among the Giant Sequoias without the crowds. You have everything the area has to offer at your fingertips when staying with us. The town of Oakhurst (which is only a 10 minute drive) has 3 grocery stores as well as a Big 5, Rite Aid and CVS for anything that you may have forgotten to pack for your getaway. The home itself is well equipped to do all of your cooking should you decide not to go out to eat. If you do want to venture out, there are several options within the town of Oakhurst to choose from that are offering to go options. Nearby Tenaya Lodge (5 miles drive) has multiple restaurants that offer take-out and has EV charging stations.
